International shipping (outside the USA) is expected to arrive 2-4 weeks after shipment.

If your shipping address changes before your order has shipped, please contact us through the contact page with your name, email, order number, and new shipping address.

Expected distribution period is August 2021.

━ Returns ━

We will not issue a replacement or refund of your order if it is shipped to a wrong address without notice from the buyer before the order has been shipped. **Please check your address and information are entered correctly during checkout.**

We will not issue a replacement or refund of your order if items are stolen after delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. The cost of shipping is not refundable and the buyer will only be refunded the production cost.

━ Purchasing from Europe ━

We are currently accepting orders from buyers in Europe, but unfortuantly due to VAT, buying from the leftover store will involve refunds and a transfer to our Etsy storefront. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please complete your purchase through Big Cartel to secure your desired items from this limited-stock store. Following your purchase, the moderators of One Light, One Heart will contact you via email with a custom quote through Etsy. Once we have confirmed you've received our email, we wil refund your Big Cartel purchase. At that point, please complete the order on Etsy, and your items will be shipped to you using Etsy's IOSS number. The shipping fee will be $13 through Etsy.
